2 Tbs diced dill pickle
Mix together dressing ingredients and chill.
Mix a small amount of water and vinegar with a good shake of Old Bay seasoning in a pot. Bring to a boil. Steam/boil shrimp until cooked ( about 3 minutes - depends on the size of the shrimp). Pour shrimp into strainer and run cold water over the shrimp to stop cooking and cool them down. Chill in the refrigerator.
Arrange lettuce, hard boiled egg, and steamed asparagus or green beans on the plate. Add shrimp to the top of the salad. Serve with Lean Louie Dressing.
