Ingredients 2 lbs of chicken legs or thighs 5 cloves of garlic 5 thin slices of ginger 2 green onions 5 Jalapenos 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon Laoganma Chinese Hot Spicy Sauce basil leaves cilantro roasted & crushed peanuts 1 lb noodles Cook chicken legs/ thighs in water until fully cooked for about 20 min. Remove meat from bones. Cook the noodles. Chop garlic, ginger, green onions and JalapeÃ±os into small food processor Heat 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok/frying pan and add chopped ingredients Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon soy source and 1 tablespoon Chinese hot spicy sauce (LAOGANMA) Lay the chicken on a plate and sprinkle the crushed peanut, basil leaves and cilantro Add to the pan with the sauce and heat. Add boiled noodles and stir to cover with sauce.
