2 zuchinni 3 garlic cloves minced 1/2 cup white wine 1/4 cup whipping cream 1/4 cup toasted walnuts 1/2 cup chopped gorgonzola 1/2 lb wheat fussilli Chop up courgettes. Saute in garlic oil. Add white wine, cook off. Add half and half, cook off. Add chopped walnuts and gorgonzola. Add wheat fussilli and toss over heat. Serve with parmesan cheese. Measures are approximate.
