Name Taco Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 tblsp ground cumin
1 tblsp ground coriander
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup lime juice
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup cilantro

lettuce
tomatoes
corn
cucumber
avocado
red onion chopped
black beans or pinto beans drained
black olives
tortilla chips

Dressing: Heat oil,garlic, cumin, coriander sugar and salt in saucepan 2 -3 minutes over low heat or until garlic sizzles. Blend remaining ingredients in blender until smooth.
