1 T and 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
In a small bowl, whisk the first four ingredients. Set aside.
In a large wok, over medium-high heat, melt the butter and olive oil until the butter begins to sizzle. Turn the temperature down and add the fresh garlic. Cook garlic until it becomes a very light toasted brown, and immediately addd the undon noodle, sauce and parmesan cheese. Toss together until noodles are loose and all ingredients are heated through. Server immediately.
