Ingredients 1 T and 1/2 tsp oyster sauce 2 tsp fish sause 1/4 cup fresh chopped garlic 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 T butter 1 T olive oil 3 packets of Ohana Udon Noodle 5 tsp grated parmesan cheese In a small bowl, whisk the first four ingredients. Set aside. In a large wok, over medium-high heat, melt the butter and olive oil until the butter begins to sizzle. Turn the temperature down and add the fresh garlic. Cook garlic until it becomes a very light toasted brown, and immediately addd the undon noodle, sauce and parmesan cheese. Toss together until noodles are loose and all ingredients are heated through. Server immediately.
